🔍 Findings pending clinical classification
Free-text findings from an import that didn't match the catalog (ADR-013). Not a diagnosis — a triage queue. SLA: classify before the seafarer's next check-in, or within 30 days, whichever comes first.
⏳Loading review queue...
🧭 Conditions on general protocol
Chronic conditions being monitored with the general Wellness Check-In only — no condition-specific protocol defined yet (REQ-065). Governance: no condition should stay here more than 2 monthly report cycles without a clinical decision.

Select a client in Viewing (top right) to see the Roster

The Roster only works for one client at a time.

It is one shipowner's monitored workforce — adding a seafarer or importing a crew file files those people under the client you are viewing, so a client has to be chosen first.

Select a client in Viewing (top right) to see Seafarer Interactions

Seafarer Interactions only works for one client at a time.

Check-in links, check-in sends, targeted follow-ups, medical assessment and onboarding emails are all sent on behalf of a single client and filed under that client afterwards, so a client has to be chosen first.

Protocol check-in

Filter the active crew, review who will receive the email, untick anyone you want to leave out, then continue.

Review & send

This is exactly what will happen when you press Send. The filter you used is saved with the send, so later you can see who received it and why.

📧 Onboarding emails by seafarer

Sends a short heads-up email — no action required from the seafarer — letting them know check-ins are starting soon. Respects the current client filter (Viewing: selector) and excludes off-contract seafarers.

🩺 Clinical evaluation visibility

📚 Document library

Company documents stored by Arblu. Picking one here attaches it to this campaign — nothing is uploaded from your computer. Uploads and library documents together count towards the limit of 2 attachments per send.

📥 Import seafarers from Excel / CSV
Formats: .xlsx (Excel) or .csv — macro files (.xlsm) are not accepted
Required columns: FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, CLIENT CODE
Optional: EMAIL, POSITION, VESSEL, CONDITIONS, FINDINGS, DATE OF BIRTH (YYYY-MM-DD), AGE, SEX, NATIONALITY, CONTRACT STATUS (on_board / ashore / off_contract)
CONDITIONS / FINDINGS: 2 columns, same split as the Roster — CONDITIONS for chronic, manageable conditions (Hypertension, Diabetes…), FINDINGS for exam findings (ECG, labs, imaging) and structural history. Each accepts several values separated by "," ";" or "+". A value typed in the wrong column still matches correctly — the columns are just for organizing the file. Older files with separate FINDINGS and MEDICAL HISTORY columns still import.
FINDINGS DETAIL: output-only. Arblu writes the free text exactly as it was originally recorded and ignores this column on import — edit CONDITIONS / FINDINGS instead, so the file stays re-importable.
Not assessed yet? Leave both condition columns empty — the seafarer is recorded as Not assessed. Use NONE (or NINGUNA) in CONDITIONS if the seafarer was assessed and nothing was found (Assessed — no findings).
Empty cells are never guessed: no SEX → no cardiovascular risk score is calculated (nobody is assumed male) · no CONTRACT STATUS → recorded as Unknown, not as on board.
CLIENT CODE: the short code of the shipowner (e.g. MSC, MAERSK) · Legacy Spanish headers still accepted
Not in this template: SCREENING STATUS and LAST ASSESSMENT DATE are computed automatically — from the condition columns and from the Medical Assessment record — so they're not fields to fill in for a new seafarer. If a file you re-upload happens to have them (e.g. one you exported from Arblu), they're still read correctly.
